I worked with George at Wilford’s for some time looking for a property to let. George was professional, helpful, friendly and went out of his way to try and accommodate my schedule, my budget and my needs. I was working with other agencies at the time and George was consistently the most reliable and best of all the agents that I worked with. The properties that Wilford’s had were usually quite nice and they seem to have a strong relationship with the landlords that I would expect would come in handy.

Wilfords was not the first place that came to mind when I needed to rent the house, however having tried two of the largest agencies with unhappy results a friend of mine referred me to Simon. Simon made a prompt appointment and set to work immediately. Mine was not an easy house to market since I was only in the U.K. for two months and was still in discussions with the County Council re. the numbering of the house. This did not deter Simon, and he shortly found two very suitable tenants who were willing to work with him on moving dates.

Once he realized that neither my planning consultant nor I were making any headway with the County Council, he offered to take the matter on himself. In two days he had accomplished more than we had in two months, and we were well on our way to getting our permit. Simon was exceptional, discussing potential tenants with me, getting a fair lease for both myself and the tenants and problem solving all the additional issues. If you want somebody who will give you his full attention, I couldn’t recommend Simon more highly, and am sure that you, like myself, will be extremely happy with the results!
